An unusual situation occurred in the Southern Hemisphere on 25th February Tuesday 

, 25th February, afternoon, when six tropical storms, called cyclones in that part of the world, spun in the southern Indian and Pacific oceans at the same time.

The last time this happened was 1989.

 Dahanu (Maharashtra) saw 36.0°c (+8°) on 2nd January. This was the highest daytime temperature ever recorded in January for Dahanu. 

As the W.D. winds blew, the daytime temperature in Dahanu on 4th January plummeted to 26.9°c (-1°c) !
